Upcycle Baby Items
for Parents-on-the-Go    Â
Â
Kids sure do come with a lot of stuff. So what do you do
with all of that stuff when you don't need it anymore? Well before you toss it
in the garbage or send it off to the recycling bin, some of those every day baby
essentials can be upcycled into handy items that are perfect to store in your
car.
 Â
Â
All of those plastic diaper wipe cases can quickly clutter
your home, but before you toss them into the recycle bin, upcycle them into
small snack boxes. You can add granola bars, applesauce pouches, and any other
snack that your kiddos love. The plastic wipe case is sturdy enough to make
sure the food doesn't get smashed while in the car and is easy to store in our
car for those days you are on-the-go and your little ones need a quick snack.
 Â
Â
The small travel diaper wipe cases are just as handy when it
comes to upcycling. Turn those cases into crayon or maker holders and put a
small note pad and a few pages of stickers inside the case for your budding
artist. This is perfect for long car rides or to take inside when you are shopping
or you're your kids need an activity at a restaurant. For older kids, store a
few small Legos inside the case to keep your little engineer happy. You can
also add a few travel games or card games into a wipe case for a quick boredom
buster.
 Â
Â
You might not need to tote around that large diaper bag when
your kids are out of diapers, but you can still put that diaper bag to good use
by keeping it in the car to store extra outfits, a first aid kid, and any other
mom essentials you want to store in your car. The diaper bag will keep
everything organized and in one place rather than scattered all over your car.
 Â
Â
If you are overloaded with baby blankets but can't toss or
donate them just yet, keep a few in your car to keep your kids warm on cold
mornings, use them for quick cleanup for big messes in the car, or to help with
packing large items in your car.Â
