What engine comes with the 2019 Crosstrek?

Since this is a Subaru, you already know that you'll find Subaru symmetrical All-Wheel Drive as standard with every model. You also probably know that you'll be getting a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder SUBARU BOXER engine that can pump out 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. When it comes to the transmission, both the Base and Platinum trims come with either a six-speed manual or a Lineartronic CVT. The Premium and Limited options, with the CVT, also get a seven-speed manual mode function. Fuel economy is no issue with the 2019 Crosstrek, as you'll be getting around 25 miles per gallon combined with the six-speed manual transmission, and about 29 miles per gallon combined with the Lineartronic CVT. The fuel economy, the power, and the reliable BOXER engine are what make every Subaru so appealing, and the Crosstrek has that appeal in spades.
