Motion-Relief Wrist Bands. If you or your kids get car sick, this is a great thing to have on you or your kids, (always check with your doctor though and read directions on the packaging).

Water Bottle. It is so important to stay hydrated while on the road. You may hesitate to drink a lot of water so you have less rest stop breaks, but keeping yourself hydrated will give you more energy and focus.

Trash Bin. From day to day driving, to long road trips, trash can easily accumulate in your vehicle. If you have a trash bin you have a designated spot where both you and the kids know to put their trash. Then, at the end of the day its as simple as removing the bag to dispose of.
