What are the available trim levels?

The Subaru BRZ comes with three trim levels in 2018. The base trim is a BRZ Premium with features like 17-inch wheels, Bluetooth, a CD player, an eight-speaker sound system, summer performance tires, a 6.2-inch touchscreen, a USB port, an auxiliary jack, cloth upholstery, LED headlights, heated mirrors, a folding rear seatback, a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, and much more. The second trim level is the BRZ Limited. This trim can be found with additional features like dual-zone automatic climate control, LED foglights, keyless ignition and entry, integrated TomTom navigation in the 7-inch touchscreen, smartphone integration, black leather portions in the simulated-suede upholstery, a second USB port, and heated seats. This trim is able to add the Performance package for gray-painted alloy wheels, Brembo high-performance brakes, and Sachs performance dampers. The third and final trim, the all-new BRZ tS, can be found with all the previous features as well as some new limited edition features like body-stiffening elements, black 18-inch STI wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, underbody spoilers, a pedestal-style carbon-fiber trunk spoiler, special black finishing on multiple exterior accents, and of course matching red leather upholstery.

How much power does the engine offer?

Under the hood of the Subaru BRZ in 2018 is a 2-liter flat-4 engine with 200 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque. This engine can also be matched to a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic with a manual mode which can be added to the Limited model. The EPA has given this vehicle multiple fuel economy estimates. The first estimate is for the manual transmission at 21 miles per gallon in the city and 29 miles per gallon on the highway. With the automatic, the fuel economy estimate is 24 miles per gallon in the city and 33 miles per gallon on the highway. The special, BRZ tS trim, comes with an estimated fuel economy of 20 miles per gallon in the city and 27 miles per gallon on the highway. Every BRX will be found in rear-wheel drive.
